Safety protection is provided by putting the image sensors in Module packages. A voltage of 1.2V 1.8V 2.8V should be supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Bulk. Image sensors should be operated at 85°C temperatures. Nevertheless, the temperature must not fall below -30°C when the image sensor is in operation.
