Safety precautions are taken by packaging the image sensors in BGA - Module packages. An image sensor should provide a voltage of 2.8V. The image sensors will be packaged in the Tray to protect them. Image sensors should be operated at 70°C temperatures. The temperature of the image sensor should, however, not be lower than -30°C.
