OV04682-G04A Overview
Safety precautions are taken by placing the image sensors in BGA - Module packages. It is recommended that the image sensors supply a voltage of 2.8V. In order to minimize the risk of damage to the image sensors, we will package them in the Tray. Image sensors should be set to 85°C for maximum operating temperature. When image sensors are in operation, the temperature should not be below -30°C.
