OPR5913 Overview
Tray is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in SMD/SMT packages in order to ensure their safety. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 10V voltage per photodiode. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 10V continuously. It has 8 pins for the photodiodes. When operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes were able to supply voltage of 10V. The current in a photodiode is 100nA even when there is no light input.
