OPR2100T Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR) for protection. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. As long as the photodiodes are operated continuously in reverse-bias mode, the maximum voltage they can tolerate is 50V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 50V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Photodiodes have pins 6. During operation of a photodiode, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. However, the photodiodes should be operated at a minimum temperature of -55°C. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes could supply 50V. Even in the absence of light input, a photodiode occurs 10nA current.
