OPF793 Overview
A Tray package protects these photodiodes from damage. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 50V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. In reverse-bias mode, the voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 50V continuously. During operation, photodiodes should not have a temperature higher than 85°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. By using reverse-bias technology, the photodiodes are able to supply a voltage of 100V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 500pA.
