OPF430 Overview
A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. Photodiodes are packaged in TO-46 packages in order to ensure their safety. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 100V. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 100V. Photodiodes have a pin count of 3. When the photodiodes are placed in a circuit, they may produce heat 200mW. If photodiodes are to operate properly, their temperature should not exceed 125°C. It should be noted that the photodiodes should be operated at -55°C as a minimum operating temperature. It should be 100V for the reverse anode voltage of the photodiodes. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 100V voltages. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 100pA electrical current.
