MTAPD-07-007 Overview
Photodiodes are protected from damage by the Strip package. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in 6-LCC packages. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 200V voltage. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 200V for the photodiodes. Without light, a photodiode has 500pA current.
