MTAPD-06-002 Overview
To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 160V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. A continuous voltage of 160V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 50pA current even in the absence of light input.
