MTAPD-06-001 Overview


Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 120V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. A continuous voltage of 120V should not be applied to the photodiodes in reverse-bias mode. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 50pA current.
