MT9V131C12STC-DR Overview
It is necessary to place the image sensors into CLCC packages in order to ensure their safety. lmage sensors should have a dynamic range of 60 dB. Image sensor optical format is 1/4 inch. 48 pins are present on the image sensor. There's 3.05V voltage limit on image sensors. Image sensors should be operated at 70°C. While image sensors are operating, the temperature cannot be lower than -20°C. It is, however, recommended that the minimum voltage supplied by image sensors be 2.55V.
