MLX92221LSE-AAA-002-SP Overview
A protective Bulk is applied to the magnetic switch in order to prevent damage. For safety reasons, the magnetic switches are packaged in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. A magnetic switch can supply a maximum current of 17mA if it is well designed. Currents up to 17mA can be supplied by these switches. Magnet switches can be set to operate at 150°C. For this magnetic switch to function, however, the operating temperature cannot be below -40°C.
