LTC3807IFE#TRPBF Overview
As a result of 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). It is capable of handling Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4V~38V. Worked in a -40°C~125°C TJ dc switcher before. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 50kHz~900kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start, Tracking. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "LTC3807".
