Shipping overseas is convenient since the embedded microprocessor is packed in BGA. Advanced packaging method Bulk is used to provide high reliability. A MICROPROCESSOR, RISC represents the uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs type. Overall, there are 357 terminations. Turn on the cpu microprocessor and let it run with a 1.8V voltage supply.
