A 71-BCPGA package is used for the safety protection of the image sensors. Ideally, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. 71 pins make up the image sensor. Image sensors should operate at 15.5V voltage.
