KAI-04070-ABA-JD-BA Overview
In order to protect the image sensors, they are put into 67-BCPGA packages. Voltage 14.5V~15.5V should be provided by the image sensors. As a protective measure, we will package these image sensors in the Bulk. The image sensor's optical format is 4/3 inch. A 67 pin image sensor is used. In order for image sensors to operate properly, the voltage supplied should be 15.5V.
