KAI-01150-ABA-FD-BA Overview
For safety reasons, the image sensors are packaged in 64-BCQFN packages. A voltage of 14.5V~15.5V should be supplied by the image sensors. The image sensors will be protected from damage by the Bulk. A 1/2 inch optical format is specified for the image sensor. 64 pins are present on the image sensor. lmage sensors should operate with a voltage of 15.5V.
