KAI-01050-ABA-JD-BA Overview
It is necessary to place the image sensors into 67-BCPGA packages in order to ensure their safety. Ideally, the image sensors should supply a voltage of 14.5V~15.5V. The image sensors will be packaged inside the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. Ideally, the image sensor should have a dynamic range of 64 dB.
