ISL6740AIVZA-T Overview
With its 16-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. This dc control operates at 9V~16V and has a 9V~16V supply voltage.
