A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad package.A packaging method of Tube is used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 2 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.When the supply voltage is 7V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.N-Channel MOSFET is the gate type used for this design.This device can operate at temperatures up to 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Its configuration is based on a total of 8 terminations.In addition, it is specifically designed to operate with a supply voltage of 12V.The board has a total of 8 component pins.Ideally, the high-side voltage should not exceed 36V.
