ISL6612ACR Overview
In order to increase flexibility, the package 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad is used.Gate drivers is packaged in the way of Tube.2 drivers are incorporated for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a power supply voltage of 10.8V~13.2V V, it is able to demonstrate its superiority.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.Mosfet driver is possible to use this device at temperatures as low as 0°C~125°C TJ.Mosfet driver uses Non-Inverting as Mosfet drivers input type.The configuration is based on 10 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 12V has to be applied.The component has 10 pins.Maximum (Bootstrap) voltage is 36V.
