HSDL-5400#1L1 Overview
The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk to prevent damage. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in 2-DIP (0.100, 2.54mm) packages for safety purposes. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 40V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. The photodiodes have 2 pins. In a circuit, photodiodes could release 150mW heat. The reverse anode voltage for the photodiodes should be 40V. A photodiode must be operated at 800mV to carry current. Reverse-bias photodiodes can provide 40V voltages. The photodiode operates at 1nA current even in the absence of light input.
