In order to work reliably, the photoelectric sensor should be set to -25°C~55°C. Electronic components require a voltage of 12V~24V to function in a circuit or system. The photoelectric sensor is not damaged by voltage of 24V applied in DC circuit. Unlike most photoelectric sensors, this one operates at a very low voltage such as 0 volts.
