It is packaged with Tape & Reel (TR).As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 20-SOIC (0.433, 11.00mm Width) Exposed Pad package.Bridge driver is possible to improve the reliabilbridge drivery of 12V~48V by increasing the supply voltage.Mounted on Surface Mount.When -40°C~150°C TJ is operating at a certain temperature, motor driver H bridge can function normally.Among H bridge motor drivers many uses, H bridge motor driver can be found in DC Motors, General Purpose as well.The board is mounted using Surface Mount.In addH gateion to Bootstrap Circuit, H gate has the following specific characteristics.To terminate a transmission line with the H bridge whose characteristic impedance matches the line, 20 terminations are employed.As H bridge ic of a signal interface, 20 pins are used as pronged contacts.Its base H bridge ic number, L6201, is used to identify related H bridge ics.There is a voltage supply of 36V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.It is through the 20 pins that the bridge driver can perform its specific functions.To provide high efficiency, the supply voltage is maintained at 36V.
