DRV5023BIQDBZRQ1 Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. A safety precaution is taken by putting the magnetic switches into TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 packages. The magnetic switches are capable of supplying 2.7mA Typ as their maximum current. It is possible for these switches to operate at a maximum current of 30mA. These switches have a maximum current limitation of 2.7mA. 3 pins are used to operate the switches.
