Packed in SOIC, the microprocessor is convenient for shipping overseas. High reliability is achieved with advanced packaging method Tape and Reel. uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs are a CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC. In total, 28 terminations have been made. A 3.3V voltage supply should be used to turn on and run the cpu microprocessor. For information about 28 pins, please refer to the datasheet. It can supply a maximum current of 3.6V. The microprocessor should not operate in an environment where the temperature is higher than 70°C. The CPU microprocessor body is injected with 28 pins.
