BU52014HFV-TR Overview
An integrated magnetic switch is packaged within the Tape & Reel (TR) in order to protect it against damage. In order to prevent damage to the magnetic switches, they are packaged in SOT-665 packages. It is possible for these switches to output 500μA as the maximum current when they are working. There is a maximum current that can be supplied by these switches of 8μA. To make the switches work, they have 5 pins. This termination has 6 terminations. There should be 500μA current output from the switches in general. As the magnetic switches function, they could supply a voltage of 1.8V. This device can theretically supply 5μA if it is working.
