BS120 Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Side View packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 10V. The voltage for the photodiodes should not exceed 10V in reverse-bias mode on a continual basis. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 3pA current.
