BPW83 Overview
To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Radial, Side View packages. Continuously, the reverse-bias voltage should not exceed 60V for the photodiodes. The photodiodes have 2 pins. During a circuit, the photodiodes could release 215mW heat. Photodiodes should have a reverse anode voltage of 60V. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 60V. The photodiodes were capable of supplying 60V voltage when operating in reverse-bias mode. When no light is input, a photodiode will conduct at 2nA current.
