There are 5 terminals on this power management that allow it to be mounted. In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. The purpose of this IC management is to provide you with a reference of 1 functions. This power managment ic consists of 1 channels, each of which can be used independently. IC management is packaged as a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset manage ics. The package peak reflow temperature is specified to be 260. The power management is mounted by a Surface Mount-axis. There is a subcategory of this power ic known as Power Management Circuits.
