Packed in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width), the part is convenient for shipping overseas. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. A NAND Gate logic principle is used to make it work. A voltage of 2V~5.5V is required for the part to function properly. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~125°C TA.
